Just a few reminders before we get started
This widget doesn't pull real-time data from Instagram or TikTok, and it doesn't post or upload anything for you — it's just a visualization tool to help you plan your content calendar in Notion. We suggest apps like Metricool or Rella for their auto-posting features.
Check the FAQ in the header for commonly asked questions.
This app is still in beta — feel free to reach out to gupsy@gupsybites.com for any inquiries.
FAQ
Does this pull real-time data from Instagram or TikTok?
No — it's a visualization tool only. It doesn't post, upload, or auto-sync with any social platform. For auto-posting, apps like Metricool or Rella are built for that.
How do I control the grid order without drag-and-drop?
Add a Number property in Notion called Order. The grid sorts by it ascending — posts without a number fall to the end, newest first.
How do the status dot colors work?
They match whatever color you've assigned to each option in Notion's Status select property directly.
How does the Platform property work?
Add a Platform property (select or multi-select) in Notion with values like Instagram, TikTok, YT Shorts, or YT Thumbs — the grid filters by whichever tab is active.
